Use of this site

Content is provided for information only and may change without notice. Specifications, performance figures, and pricing are subject to homologation, optioning, and final engineering. Imagery may show prototype, pre-production, or optional features.

Reservations & deposits

• A reservation is confirmed when your deposit is received.
• Reservation payments are refunded in full if you cancel within 14 days of payment. After that, and at any time before you sign a Purchase Agreement, they are refunded less our actual payment processing costs. The Reservation Terms govern reservations and prevail over this summary.
• After Configuration Lock, the deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another customer with our written consent.
• Final price is the price published on the day of Configuration Lock, including options selected and any taxes applicable on the day of invoicing.

Configuration & specification

Reserve-page specification is indicative. Final colour, trim, and option availability is confirmed by your build advisor in writing. Where a chosen option becomes unavailable, we will offer the nearest equivalent or a full refund of the difference.

Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates, not commitments. We will keep you informed via The Guild portal. Risk passes to you on physical delivery; title passes on receipt of the balance payment.

Warranty

Each car carries a 3-year / 36,000-mile vehicle warranty and an 8-year / 100,000-mile battery warranty, transferable with the vehicle. Full warranty terms are in your Owner's Handbook.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability under your purchase contract is capped at the price paid for the car.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, save that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their habitual residence.
