Your Speedster is reserved and held in your name.
Confirmation and receipt are on their way to -. If nothing arrives within the hour, write to guild@longbowmotors.com.
Only what you want to share. None of it is required, and none of it is binding.
A person answers, usually the same day. No sequences, no chatbots.
A Speedster reservation deposit is £1,000 and an Autograph deposit is £5,000. Both are refundable and both are credited against the final balance if you go ahead.
A dated place in the queue for the Speedster. Positions are allocated strictly in the order deposits are received, and Autograph reservations are allocated ahead of standard Reservations within each build block.
Yes. Write to us at any point before your chassis is allocated and we return the deposit to the original card, usually within five working days. Cancel within 14 days of paying and you get the whole amount back. After that we return it less our actual payment processing costs, which we will tell you if you ask. The Reservation Terms set this out in full.
At chassis allocation. We write to you well in advance with the final specification and an invoice - nothing is ever taken automatically.
Yes - place a deposit for each. Every car gets its own dated place in the queue, and we confirm each one by email.
A Reservation is the standard Speedster, hand-built to the standard specification. Autograph is a numbered series build: priority allocation, a hand-engraved chassis plaque, a consultation with the Bowyer atelier and a founder's signed build card.
No. Same chassis, same drivetrain, same weight. What differs is allocation priority, the level of personal specification available to you, and the finishing detail.
Yes, in either direction, up until chassis allocation. Moving up to Autograph means paying the difference in deposit; moving down means we refund it.
The mechanical specification is fixed - it is how we keep the car light and the build honest. Colour, trim and a short list of considered options are agreed with your build advisor after reservation.

The Speedster is homologated at 275 miles on the WLTP cycle. In our own testing, a mixed route of B-roads and motorway returns meaningfully more than a heavier car would, because there is simply less mass to move.
Every car is hand-built at our studio in the United Kingdom. You are welcome to visit while yours is on the jig - most owners do.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number - only the last four digits, which appear on your emailed receipt.
Yes. Enter it at checkout and the credit is applied to the deposit due immediately. Codes come from existing owners, our founders and occasionally from events - one code per reservation.
For the balance, yes, and most owners do. The deposit is card only, so that the refund path stays instant and unambiguous.
Current Speedster reservations are being delivered from Q2 '27. Your build advisor confirms your own estimate and writes as your build moves through the studio.
Hand-delivered anywhere in the UK by a member of the team, or collected from the studio with a handover afternoon. Export deliveries are arranged case by case.
You are given a Longbow account and a build advisor. From there you get the founder’s briefings, your build photography as it happens, and an invitation to Guild events.
Three years on the car, eight years on the battery pack, and servicing by a mobile technician who comes to you. Parts and repair procedures are published - we are not interested in locking you out of your own car.
