The 8-step Longbow service blueprint
Built for Drivers. Designed to Last. Engineered for Service Anywhere.
1. Provide a great warranty
Every Longbow vehicle is backed by a comprehensive manufacturer warranty designed for confidence in long-term ownership.
Standard Speedster warranty is 3 years, 60,000 mile and covers:
- Vehicle systems
- Drivetrain
- Software and digital systems
- Manufacturing defects
- Battery (8 years)
Longbows approach focuses on rapid resolution through our accredited service alliance, supported directly by Longbow service engineering teams.

2. Make cars easy to repair
We design, engineer and build our cars so they are easier to service and maintain including more reliable, resilient with repairable materials.

3. Simplify tools and training
We reduce specialist tools and specialist training so it is easier for a workshop to fix our cars.

4. Work with the best
We filter the tens of thousands of independent workshops around the world so we only work with the best workshops. They have the right tools, the right skills and they have a track record of great customer service. This is the “Longbow Accredited Service Alliance”.

5. Simplify work and pricing
We standardise work and pricing. We work with our suppliers and logistics partners to ensure that parts are quickly repaired, swapped or reprinted through 3d printing.

6. Use a single system
All scheduling, pricing and tracking is completed through Longbow systems. We ensure consistency of quality, pricing and experience.

7. Give profits to workshops so owners pay less
Longbow do not make money through service, we pass profits to our service partners so that the cost is reduced for owners.

8. Make it open source
We believe in an open source approach to component “recipes”, and right to repair so that our cars can be serviced long into the future by our accredited affiliates and those with the technical know-how.

9. Keep it going for 100 years
Through our “100 year accords” together with our partners and suppliers, we are focused on making sure our cars are still driving on the road in 100 years.
